Timothy Spall e Jennifer Saunders hanno firmato per i ruoli in "Blandings"  la nuava Serie prodotta dalla BBC One .
I sei episodi  della serie si basano  sul lavoro di PG Wodehouse, che ha scritto diverse storie sul  Castello di Blandings.
Spall interpretera' la parte  di Lord Clarence Emsworth , il padrone del castello, mentre Saunders avra' il ruolo di sua  sorella Connie .
Saunders sta’ attualmente lavorando su un adattamento cinematografico della commedia di successo Absolutely Fabulous, mentre Spall di recente ha girato uno spot per Sinbad dramma che verra' mandato in onda a breve su Sky1.
Blandings, ambientato  nel 1929, e' stato girato in Irlanda del Nord.
